HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
Standard delivery is 7–10 business days. Express delivery is available where shown at checkout. Delivery options and the final price are calculated from your destination.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Yes. Lace Pop supports international delivery to the countries shown in the region selector and at checkout. International rates, duties, and taxes depend on destination and are shown before payment when available.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE LINGERIE?
Returns and exchanges follow the current policy linked in the footer and checkout. Intimate items must meet the policy condition requirements. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility.
WHAT IS THE LACEPOP3 OFFER?

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR LACE LINGERIE?
Follow the care instructions on the product page and garment label. In general, hand-wash delicate lace in cool water, avoid bleach and high heat, reshape gently, and air-dry away from direct sunlight.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing starts.
