Shipping Overview

Available shipping options, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout based on the item and delivery address.

Our standard U.S. delivery option is currently estimated at 7–10 business days in transit. Any processing time shown at checkout is separate. If an express option is available, its price and estimate will be shown before you place the order.


Shipping Locations

Lace Pop Lingerie currently ships to addresses in the United States. Additional destinations may be added only when they are enabled at checkout.


Processing and Availability

Order processing may vary by item and current supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and provide an appropriate replacement option or refund.


Tracking and Multiple Packages

When tracking is available, you will receive it by email after shipment. Some orders may ship in more than one package depending on the items ordered and the fulfillment route, and separate tracking details may be issued.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We may not be able to change or reroute an order after it begins processing or ships.


Carrier and Customs Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a guarantee is expressly stated at checkout or required by law. Carriers, weather, high-demand periods, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.


Third-Party Fulfillment

Some orders may be fulfilled with support from suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, shipping-label providers, postage platforms, and carriers. Limited order and shipping information may be shared with those providers only as needed to process and deliver the order, resolve a delivery issue, or comply with applicable requirements.


Lost, Damaged, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact contact@omriyana.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will help review the available tracking information and next steps. Remedies remain subject to the carrier process, this store's Return and Refund Policy, and applicable law.
